Your Coach
Keeshan Sayroo
Founder & Lead Coach, ShopSoulU
Keeshan has worked every seat in this industry — technician, service advisor, shop owner, software founder, and now coach. Shop Ascension isn't theory he read somewhere. It's the program he wished existed when he was running his own shop, built and proven over more than a year before it was ever offered to anyone outside it.

The Path
Two decades in the trade, before the coaching seat.
Every part of Shop Ascension traces back to a seat Keeshan has actually sat in.
- 1
Vo-Tech Automotive Student
Started in a vo-tech automotive program in high school, working in the field at the same time — over 20 years in this industry, starting from the bay floor.
- 2
Vo-Tech Teacher
Before any certification, coaching was already the pull — Keeshan taught automotive technology at the high school level, training the next generation of technicians.
- 3
Master Certified Toyota/Lexus Technician
Became a Toyota/Lexus Master Certified Technician specializing in diagnostics — the deep, technical end of the trade, since 2010.
- 4
Service Advisor
Moved to the service drive, learning the other half of the business: how shops communicate with customers, sell work, and build trust.
- 5
Software & Diagnostic Tool Builder
Built and scaled software companies in the shop software and diagnostic tool space, selling and training clients on the tools, bringing a technology-first lens to shop operations.
- 6
Shop Owner
Bought and later sold his own shop, living the exact pressures — staffing, cash flow, systems, growth — that Founding 25 members are working through today.
- 7
Building Shop Ascension
Shop Ascension isn't one year of knowledge — it's a wrap-up of 20 years in the trade. The program itself was built and tested with real shops over the last year, with proven results of over $200,000 in annual gross revenue increases without adding a single technician.
Coaching built from the floor, not a textbook.
If you're accepted into The Founding 25, Keeshan is who you'll meet with directly — not a rotating coach, not a call center.
